1. Service Acceptance and Appointment Policies

Booking: 
By scheduling an appointment, you agree to pay for services rendered.

Arrival: 
Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may have their session shortened to accommodate the next client, but will be charged for the originally booked time.

No-Show Policy: 
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made within 23 hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. 

3. Health and Safety

Consultation: 
Clients must provide accurate medical history.

Liability: 
Electrolysis is an FDA-approved permanent hair removal method involving low-level electrical currents. While safe, I understand that risks include temporary skin irritation, redness, or rare scarring.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are subject to change.

Payment is due upon completion of the service.

Pre-paid packages are non-refundable but can be exchanged for studio credit. 

5. Privacy Policy

Client personal and medical information is confidential and will not be shared with third parties without written consent, except where required by law.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
